专利说明:
[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of fuel traps for motor vehicles and more particularly to the locking and the safety of use of these traps. [0002] Motor vehicles are equipped with a fuel tank intended to contain the fuel supplying the engine. However, the vehicles include auxiliary tanks and, particularly in the case of certain current diesel vehicles and all future diesel vehicles, a urea tank. [0004] Urea is used as a catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxides via the selective catalytic reduction process. On current vehicles, the urea tanks have an opening opening into the trunk of the vehicle, this opening for filling the urea tank by the user of the vehicle. However, the position of this opening makes filling long and tedious for the user. Therefore, users do not fill the urea tank and it is the garage owners who do when the users deposit their vehicle for a review for example. [0007] However, the nitrogen oxide emission standards becoming more severe, the urea consumption for each vehicle will be greater and the filling of the urea tank more frequent, making it even more tedious filling the tank urea from the trunk of the vehicle. Some car manufacturers then decided to move the opening of the urea tank so that it opens next to the fuel tank line in the fuel door. This repositioning of the urea reservoir pipe allows, in addition to the ease of filling for the user, to indirectly remind the user that the urea tank is to be filled by him. The filling interface thus gives access to the fuel tanks and urea at the same time. A distracted user may inadvertently fill the fuel tank with urea and vice versa. Document US Pat. No. 8,167,009 describes a filling interface for a motor vehicle comprising: a hatch delimited by an embrasure; a primary pipe and a secondary pipe each comprising an opening opening into the hatch. More specifically, the hatch comprises a mobile table relative to a window made in a bodywork element between a first position in which the window is aligned with the opening of the primary pipe, the opening of the secondary pipe being masked by the bodywork element, and a second position in which the window is aligned with the opening of the secondary pipe, the opening of the primary pipe being masked by the bodywork element. The first position is configured as the default position with a reminder system. Moving to the second position requires the user to manually move the table and then engage a locking system. This architecture is not without drawbacks. On the one hand, the change from one position to another requires that the user inserts his fingers through the window to manipulate the table and the locking system. Thus, the user is likely to hurt himself if he comes into contact with the outline of the window either inadvertently during the manipulation of the table or the locking system, or under the action of the reminder system bringing the table in its default position. On the other hand, accessibility to the locking system is laborious, if not impossible, since it is hidden by the bodywork element. Finally, the user manipulates the table through the necks of the ducts projecting therefrom. These necks are regularly covered with liquid during insertion or release of the filling nozzle, there is then a real problem of hygiene for the user. The objective is to provide a filling interface of fuel tanks and urea, allowing a filling of these two tanks safely. For this purpose, it is proposed in the first place a tank filling interface of a motor vehicle comprising: a primary pipe; and a secondary pipe; each of the conduits being connected to a separate reservoir and having an opening in the same plane, the interface can take two configurations: a primary configuration in which the primary pipe is accessible while the secondary pipe is hidden; a secondary configuration in which the primary pipe is masked while the secondary pipe is accessible; wherein the interface comprises a flap mounted articulated between: - a closed position, corresponding to the primary configuration in which the shutter closes the secondary pipe and allows access to the primary pipe; and an open position, corresponding to the secondary configuration in which the shutter closes the primary pipe and allows access to the secondary pipe. This interface provides additional security, making available to the user only one pipe at a time. The user is guided to avoid filling the tanks with the wrong liquid. Various additional features may be provided, alone or in combination: the interface comprises a plug adapted to close the primary pipe and the shutter forms a plug adapted to close the secondary pipe when the interface is in its primary configuration; the primary line is a fuel line, and the secondary line is a urea line; the flap comprises a groove cooperating with a neck of the urea pipe when the interface is in primary configuration; the interface comprises a closing leaf, this leaf being pivotable by means of a leaf hinge; the flap comprises a pin, this pin being intended to prevent the leaf from being closed when the interface is in secondary configuration; the shutter comprises a lock; the plug of the primary pipe comprises a lock; the lock of the primary pipe plug and the lock of the shutter are opened by means of two different keys. It is proposed secondly a motor vehicle comprising a filling interface as described above. Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly and concretely on reading the following description of embodiments, which is made with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. perspective view of a motor vehicle comprising a filling interface; Figure 2 is a perspective view of a plug; Figure 3 is a perspective view of a filling interface comprising two pipes each provided with a plug; Figure 4 is a view similar to Figure 3 in which one of the plugs is removed; Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 3 in which one of the plugs is moved; Figure 6 is a sectional view of Figure 5 along the axis VI - VI; Figure 7 is a perspective view of the filling interface in an alternative embodiment. In Figure 1 is shown a vehicle 1 automobile comprising a filling interface 2 in which open a primary pipe 3 and a secondary pipe 4. In what follows, the primary pipe 3 is intended to feed a fuel tank and the secondary pipe 4 is intended to feed an additional reservoir, typically urea. Hereinafter, reference will be made to a fuel line 3 and a urea line 4. As seen in the figures, the two lines 3, 4 are adjacent. The interface 2 is integral with a rear wing 5 of the vehicle 1 and is delimited by an embrasure 6. The embrasure 6 defines a lower edge 7, an upper edge 8 and two side walls 9 connecting the lower edge 7 and the upper edge 8. The interface 2 further comprises, between the lower edge 7 and the upper edge 8, a table 10 inclined relative to the lower and upper edges 7, 8, from which the pipes 3, 4 protrude by a mouth 11 defining a neck 12 and an opening 13. The openings 13 extend in the same plane. The interface 2 comprises a closing flap 14. This leaf 14 is pivotable, by means of a leaf hinge 15, with respect to one of the lateral walls 9 between an open position (shown in FIGS. 3 and 4) in which the leaf 14 is spaced from the recess 6 and substantially perpendicular to the wing 5 of the vehicle 1, and a closed position (not shown in the figures) in which the leaf 14 is included in the recess 6 and substantially parallel to the wing 5. [0027] Each of the pipes 3, 4 is accessible through its opening 13 through which can pass a filling gun (not shown). [0002] Initially, and after opening the wing 14, the lines 3, 4 of fuel and urea are respectively closed by a cap 16 of the primary pipe (or fuel cap) and a flap 17 as shown in Figure 6. As it will be described below, the flap 17 forms a plug capable of closing off the secondary pipe 4 when the interface 2 is in a primary configuration in which the primary pipe 3 is accessible while the secondary pipe 4 is masked. The flap 17 comprises a groove 18. This groove 18 is intended to cooperate with the neck 12 of the mouth 11. Advantageously, the flap 17 comprises a pin 19. The function of this pin 19 will be explained later. The flap 17 also comprises a tab 20 cooperating with a support 21 and thus forming a hinge 22. The flap 17 is thus rotatably mounted and is articulated between a primary configuration in which it conceals the urea pipe 4 and a configuration secondary in which the fuel pipe 3 is closed. In a variant, the flap 17 comprises a latch (not shown) and a lock. Thus the use of a key 23 is necessary to access the line 4 of urea. When the user wishes to fill the fuel tank, it removes the fuel cap 16 as shown in Figure 4. The fuel pipe 3 is then accessible while the pipe 4 of urea is not . The fuel cap may optionally be equipped with a lock with a lock. In the case where the user wishes to fill the urea tank, it does not touch the fuel cap 16 and unlocks only the flap 17. In secondary configuration, the flap 17 abuts on the fuel cap 16, obstructing the pipe 3 fuel and thus signaling to the user that it is the urea tank that needs to be filled. In other words, the user would necessarily be embarrassed if he wanted to fill the fuel tank. Advantageously, the locks of the flap 17 and the fuel cap 16 are opened using different keys. [0003] This gives additional security to the interface, the user having to choose the right key. When the flap 17 is in secondary configuration, the pin 19 prevents the flap 14 to close. Indeed, the wing 14 then abuts on the pin 19 as shown in Figure 5. This allows to remind the user that the flap 17 is not replaced. Advantageously, the fuel line 3 is initially accessible first to the user. Indeed, the fuel tank is filled on a more regular basis than the urea tank. In a variant shown in Figure 7, the flap 17 does not include pin 19, groove 18 or key 23 and is in the form of an articulated plate closing one or the other. 3, 4 pipes. [0034] According to an embodiment not shown, the interface 2 comprises a plug 16 for closing the primary pipe 3 and the hinged flap 17 is present, as in the variant described above. in the form of an articulated plate. The filling interface 2 thus described provides a certain advantage, since it makes available to the user only one pipe at a time. The user is embarrassed if he tries to fill the tanks of fuel and urea at the same time. The filling of the urea requires an additional step since the user must unlock the flap 17 and make it rotate before filling the urea tank. Advantageously, the lines 3, 4 of fuel and urea are sufficiently close to each other so that the thickness of the flap 17 prevents the user from inserting at the same time a gun in each of the lines 3, 4 [0036] In a judicious manner, each of the two lines 3, 4 has different signage. For example, the flap 17 flap may be blue and / or the inscription "UREE" is there or is in the vicinity of it. Similarly for the fuel cap, the inscription "DIESEL" can be added. The risk of errors are, thus, decreased or even almost zero.
